Part Time Front Desk Receptionist
Now accepting applications for a part-time front desk receptionist in a fast-paced Physical Therapy clinic in Kamuela on the Big Island. The position requires a minimum of 2 days per week that are set and approximately 18 hours per week. Applicant must be flexible to schedule changes as needed, good problem solving skills and have the ability to be resourceful and take initiative.
Duties:
- Patient Scheduling
- Patient Registration
- Payment Processing
- Data Entry
- Scanning Documents
- Telephone/Faxing
Qualifications:
- Computer Literacy in Microsoft Word
- Basic Math Skills – Calculating Tax and Percentages
- Exceptional Professional People Skills
- Medical Office & Insurance Experience Preferred
